Agree. I've had exactly the same problem with Alphabet. I had a Mini through them and they did not contact me at the end of the four year period. I was charged for a car they didn't pick up and had to pay for the privilege of storing and insuring their car. Will never ever use Mini, BMW or Alphabet again.

I have leased over a dozen BMWs over the last 20 years and Alphabet are the worst such company. They make their money at the end of a contract by not arranging to pick up the car and then charging late fees. Every other leasing company contacts you to make arrangements to pick up the car, but not Alphabet, so beware. I will never get another BMW now, as neither Alphabet or BMW care about their awful service.
