Whites Transport Ltd in Minster, Ramsgate

Whites transport used to have an excellent history and were well known to be reliable and provide a fair rate.

Recently the company have lost many clients, including myself. New appointed manager is rude, arrogant and does not have the skillset to be a manager.

I have a close friend who has worked for Whites as a planner for almost 20 years, he too agrees the company have gone downhill and is unbearable to continue anymore.

This may seem like an attack on the management, and you would be right, this month alone 5 people have tried working at Whites and left. 1 individual who had 25 years experience lasted one day within the company before leaving.

To the new manager: people who work for you need looking after, listen to their needs and work with them rather than against them. They are the lifeblood of the company and without them everything folds. People have worked for you with 20 times the experience you have. Wise up.
