Assured Property in Droylsden, Manchester

We are Landlords who are no longer with Assured Let. We did have three properties with them. They currently owe us £4979. Our tenants have paid the money into their account but this money has not been passed on to us. We told the proprietor previously that we were taking our business elsewhere. She pleaded with us to give her a second chance, which we decided to do but she continued to treat us in the same shoddy manner. We have given them a time scale for the money to be paid, by the end of which we are going to be forced to take legal action to claim back what is rightfully ours.
