I don't know who has done this assessment for this company.....SAFE???? Please think twice before using. At the very least, question method of delivery - you have the right to request this information before purchase. This company is the worst on-line business provider I have dealt with so far this year and in my capacity as a beautician, I will make it my business to inform my customers and all that I come into company with this side of Christmas when everyone is buying posting etc. I have just been stung to the tune of £58.00. This company uses Parcel2go as their chosen delivery method - even PAYPAL have confirmed with me now that I have reported both sender and courier, that they can only vouch for Royal Mail or DPD. The delivery was allegedly attempted and the courier put a notification through the letterbox stating that it had been left behind the bin on an open driveway that hundreds of people walk past and cars drive by 7 days a week. They then put on their system that it was left on the porch, so begins the battle. To begin with, the infonotice has the delivery number for a parcel that is not yours, it's someone else's waiing to be delivered. The parcel is either never left or swiped by a passerby. For all I know, it makes it's way back to the seder. You then innocently start the hunt, you contact Parcel2go who advise you to contact the sender who becomes over assertive, rude and unapologetic as they are safe in the knowledge that their tracking system states 'delivered'. The sender googles your delivery address, screen shots and emails you with an attachment of the delivery address and tries to convince you that the front doorway or doorstep is indeed a porch. They then tell you that other people at the address have the parcel. There is no offer to help you report it to the delivery company so that a claim can be made. Even though you have paid securely by PAYPAL, they confirm that they can do nothing as the sender has provided a tracking number to confirm that the courier has marked it as delivered, irrespective of where it was left. Meanwhile, Parcel2go will NEVER answer their phones, you can only communicate via Facebook live chat, they will string you along for days and then tell you that you have to sort things out with the send and then they will unceremoniously, end the chat, Please be aware.
