The Hair Shop in Woodley, Reading

Had the trainee do my hair, was absolutely wonderful! Lovely girl and great service. Disappointed with what seemed to be the manager, Paula. Extremely rude, implying the hairdresser needed to rush my hair so she was done to clean up mess. Think she needs to appreciate the hard work the girl seems to put in and be more professional around customers. Could hear her "bitching" in their small staff room that you can see into.
