Went in today to cash a couple of scratch cards and the man behind the counter refused at first to give me the cash, which was £3. He said that the money had to be spent in the shop. And added this was the new rule because of the corona virus. When I refused his rudeness increased and he reluctantly gave me the cash of £2 off one card but refused the other as the revealed number was not clear. Never encountered such rudeness and so have reported him to the national lottery.
