Absolute nightmare. Dd structural alterations without permission or consent, rummaged thru my personal possessions at my house and over 2 thousand pounds of my belongins went walk about. Did not finish the job and due to non compliance with building regulations I am now facing over 10k in remedial repairs and that's only the beginning! He was paid in full for his work but he did not pay his contractors he kept the money 11k. I will see him in court. He is in short a crook and chaos at is worst who takes no responsibility!
