Station Couriers (UK) Ltd in Mochdre, Newtown

These people have a very poor service ethic, They messed up my invoices. Each time I called to try to sort it out there was a different excuse. "Someone off sick"..."Someone on holiday"...."Not my job".... "Someone on maternity leave".
Just excuses, excuses and excuses ad nauseam. And then they messed up the collection of an important package. They took 2 weeks to do it. My co-director called them many times. As did the people where the package was being pcked up.
They wasted our time and hurt our business. When I complained about the matter and very constructively tried to get them to face up to some of their service failings they blamed us for the issues and closed our account.
This is pretty stupid of them because we are launching a new business and our spend on deliveries will rise from £1500 per year to £9000. They may be the closest company to us but there are many vans from other companies which come past on our main road. Indeed, there are plenty of courrier companies in this crowded market so why use a firm which is remarkable only for idiocy?
