Ford Transport Operations in Speke, Liverpool

Apparently they don't communicate with Ford Dealers and inform them or let them check up on cars which are received and to be delivered to other dealers and also I find NO ONE answers the phone, I know it was manually hung up as it only rang half the time the second time I tried to call them for update on delivery of my new Car.
