Carl Ruane in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester

I met Carl on a previous job to which was completed well by himself and his team. However I'm writing this review in relation to another job that Carl was to do but we cancelled it. Carl was ok with this and agreed a refund, 11 months later and Carl has not given back our money. Very disappointed given the good work previously done. Won't be recommending him to anyone else.
