SH Young & Son Ltd in Havant

Have been a loyal customer for many, many years always trying to support a local business, but have decided to take my business elsewhere as on 3 occasions in one week got order wrong. Milk not left or left when not required. Thought might have received a visit from roundsman or at least a phone call to ask why I had cancelled but nothing, can only assume my customer is not valued and will now go to a supermarket and pay too low a price but what choice do I have?
