Creases in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Creases
I cannot fault the presentation of flat items such as duvet covers, pillow slips, handkerchiefs etc. No clue about clothing, which had creases ironed in all the wrong places. 3 weeks and 5 returns to get this rectified. The very next week - they did it again.
I tried to speak to the receptionist but she kept ducking under the desk to tidy coat hangers, tie up plastic sacks etc. Saying she was "busy". When she told me for the third time she had been on holiday, I swore and banged the desk. She immediately phoned the manager - fair enough, but don't tell porkies. I did not "go off it", though I certainly felt like it. The manager told me that it was not a nice way for me to behave; really? If you wish to speak about courtesy, madam, kindly show some to your customers so they don't end up in a state of complete frustration. My advice - use them for flats and shirts. Don't send any clothing you either like, value or want to wear.
