I telephoned them in relation to a watch repair for an expensive watch and they gave me the contact number immediately for their watch repairs. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful and even knew which watch I was enquiring about. They are dealing with a more complex situation and have detailed what is required to happen next which has reassured me. They told me to ring anytime but they would also keep me informed. Most impressed as I was worried that it could not be fixed. :)

Have tried three times to get through to a customer care advisor. Followed instructions from automated service. No one answers then you get told goodbye. Not very satisfactory. Will try again.
