HMP the Mount in Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead

i have tried contacting the prison on the no. advertised on 3 occassions 10 min. first time 30 min the second, currently on the phone now 9 min.so far. What is the reason i am not being answered? Are u not paid a decent wage or u could not care less? It worries me to think this is how u treat the general public, what must be your attitude towards those u care for or u couldnt care less. I dread to think if someone in your establishment falls ill what would they do? By the way, phone still ringing after 21 min. I have a very simple question which u could have answered in 1 min?
