They don't send you what you buy and ignore all attempts at contact. Taking your money and not sending the items - criminal activity that has been reported to trading standards who are investigating. Steer well clear!!!!

I have purchased a few items from this company and all were either faulty or damaged. Not one item was fit for purpose. They even have parts missing. I now realise that this is obvious as they are returned items to companies by the buyer. I will not be making any further purchases from this auction as you have no rights whatsoever.

I bided on eight pallets, three of which were entirely wrong - not as photographed - and did not include the manifest as stated. We paid a hefty amount for delivery of the pallets.
They have admitted in their words they made a huge cock-up. And their resolution is we have to accept their substitute pallets given. The retail value which to the right pallets bidder of the three should have amounted to £10,650. Instead, we get offered three replacement pallets that have a total retail value of £6000.

When I declined and asked if I could have a refund for the three as they are entirely wrong, they refer me to the terms and conditions, which basically states they have the right to change anything (picture description or the lots) at anytime and do not accept any responsibility at all, and we still have to buy it and not entitled to a refund.

Please do not use this company when they treat customers like this. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone, and I was not allowed to respond or express my views. Basically she wanted me to shut up and listen to her same comments over and over again. Very bad customer service and i will not be dealing with them again.

Sadly i have to write a review as customer service is non existant, The fourth time this has happened to me at this auction, Bid on three items on ibidder, win, drive 65miles, pay, then they bring out 2 items and say sorry must have been stolen, and i have paid for it. Does anyone know any other company that sells item, it goes missing and the customer pays for it, There are only two reasons, either a major theft problem or a company scam.

All broken rubbish, that they bid up to get higher prices, most stuff is listed again in next sale, which suggests they won it, stay away
