Charlotte is a diamond of a stylist. I have really awkward hair, and a phobia of hairdressers, but was convinced to give her a chance by a friend who lived out in Miami, but who came home to have Charlotte do her hair. I can understand why she did now. Charlotte is kind and friendly but straight talking, in other words, she won't do something just because you ask if she thinks it will wreck your hair or look awful. She doesn't charge the rate of an live organ donation for a cut and colour, and always blow dries your hair to perfection, even if you are going swimming afterwards. Having recently moved away from the area, I've already made the 6 hour round-trip to get my hair sorted out by Charlotte as no one will ever measure up.
