Regretfully appointed this company to install a new wet room downstairs, and to refurbish my bathroom upstairs. the job was supposed to take 3 weeks to complete, but took 7, with the snagging being completed some 17 weeks later. The communication from the owner was poor to say the least, and we are now fighting them to finish the job as agreed. We have underfloor heating fitted in half of the downstairs not the whole floor as agreed, and they relocated the boiler as part of the works, and housed it in a purpose built cupboard. The boiler cannot be accessed now for servicing other than removing the full length door as they mis measured it. The standard of work of some of the fitters is excellent, the standard of the bathroom upstairs by his other fitters however was really poor. Would I recommend this company? No. My advice would be if you are thinking of using them, make sure the quote you are given is very specific and go through it with a fine tooth comb first.
