Price was fair, they delivered and installed on time, however we found the senior management difficult to deal with and made to feel like we were not significant through the whole project.
Their materials were mostly purchased from overseas and although it was probably the delivery drivers' fault that the internal pipe work was damaged it took a couple of weeks to get them back to site, which had serious repercussions with out other works on site.
Beware - Will take your money and then hang you out to dry!
