Hudson's Fine Food Store in Eastbourne

I happened upon this shop by accident - my wife was shopping at the nearby sewing shop and I was In need of food and was happy to accept the hitherto widely accepted pre-packed excuse for food that one normally finds. Thankfully I had one of the nicest surprises I've had this year - a sandwich choice that would shame a bistro. I opted for smoked salmon with lemon in black pepper, bizarrely I was then offered a choice of bread - freshly sliced. This delight of a sandwich was prepared in front of me and served to me in a fraction of the time of any so-called fast food outlet without any fuss. £3.
Could not fault the people, the premises or the produce but at £3 I still feel is fantastic value. I recommend Hudson's Fine Food Store.
