DX in Tipton
Missed a delivery from H.Saumels ss received no information of whom my item would be delivered by and when. Thought I would collect..im still waiting after 35 minutes. No-one came to me despite me having pre-arranged collection.
I had no voice or anything when ringing the buzzer to which I was told to do.
The only notice was from tapping the glass as a woman came out of the toilet..no help there...after 20 minutes i rang the company! I am still waiting...nearly 40 min.
Arrived just after 550 and now its 6.30! Had parcel at 6.32!!
To top it all the watch was vile!
Terrible Service. After waiting 2 days for a passport to arrive and being given inaccurate updates using the tracking information and making in excess of 30 calls we have been told that there are driver issues at the Tipton depot. Drivers are overloaded and don't complete their drops using excuses such as couldn't locate address. There is a total failure of operations at the Tipton depot and this is hitting many customers very hard. Quite why the passport office has given them the contract I don't know so guess it's down to cost; so in turn they offer a cheap service.
