Where do I start on this place, it's for people who have low income or homeless people, they have no prices on any thing so they charge a bloody fortune, £100 they tried to charge me for a second hand double mattress and £300 for a sofa. I would love to no who makes the prices up coz don't think management have a clue.

I absolutely admire this organisation and what they do. They came to collect some unused furniture, the staff was polite and efficient. A great way to protect our environment while helping other people. I wish there were more organisations like county durham furniture help.

They come to collect your furniture and then resell it for very low prices. A great way to recycle and a very interesting way of doing business as well, very sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Please don't donate furniture to this scheme put it on gumtree free ads they get stuff free I went for sofa and 2 beds they wanted £150 for tatty couch 120 for second hand freezer and £200 for two beds place is disgrace charging that to vunerable families.
