Factory Carpets in Low Moor, Bradford

Never ever use this company, the fitters are rude, do a terrible job, and when I complained I was threatened in my own home, rang up to complain and was told by Dave the guy who owns the shop that hi did not care, they only delivered half our carpets when they where ment to and then when the other half came they did not fit the door strips they had been paid to fit, when this and the terrible fitting job was mentioned the fitters kicked off left the carpets half hanging out the door and proceeded to threaten myself and act in an intimidating way. All in all I would avoid as the service was terrible and this was on a £500 order. I intend to contact trading standards.

Awful carpet wrongly advised very very poor carpet fitter feel ripped of this carpet, will be lucky to last me one year. Avoid, go somewhere else.
