Times Square (Banbury) Ltd in Banbury

A Time Square member of staff told me that she would get me a quote for having my watch cleaned before I went ahead and had the job done. This she FAILED to do. I then got a phone call to say that the work had been done and that the cost was £60. I refused to pay this because I was told that I would receive a quote first, which I did NOT get.
If I had received a quote for £60 I would definitely have turned the work down because £60 is what I paid for the watch when it was new 12 years ago.
Time Square did absolutely nothing to try to rectify THEIR MISTAKE and offer a solution. Is this any way to treat a customer? They should be ashamed.
They have my watch and I will NEVER go in that shop ever again and I suggest that you don’t either.
