I booked a beginner training class for my dog. After booking and paying I received a phone call saying they were no longer running the class I booked and said I could join an intermediate class instead. I was a bit reluctant as I wasn't sure my dog would cope but was reassured all would be fine. When I turned up my dog was pretty nervous and I was put on the side and a helper fed my dog treats. I could not join in the class as it was too advanced. I was then offered another beginner class but unfortunately it was on a day I can't do. I turned up once more but again was advised to watch and just sit on the side line with my dog unable to join in. I didn't go again even though I paid for 6 weeks and never received a follow up call I took my dog to the park instead :-) even though my experience wasn't great it is a nice centre and the staff are very friendly but think it's more suited to more advanced/confident dogs as the atmosphere can be overwhelming for more nervous dogs.
