Cotton Electrical in Lincoln

My grandmother had some electrical sockets installed by this individual.
The second time he came to her house I was there and he seemed to use some subtle form of persuasion, telling her that she needed further work carried out because her fuse box was not to the latest standard and therefore "unsafe" .
He told her a price and left.
I called another electrician who came and checked and told us it was perfectly safe. I asked how much this electrician would charge for a new fuse box and it was only half of the £850 that Nick Cotton had tried to charge my grandmother. And the work she had already paid him for he had also doubled the price for. But he had already been paid . She received no receipts and no guarantees for the work. Stay away from Cotton Electrical, rip off merchant.
