After Guy's initial visit we tried to contact him within a few days, we were then told he was away on holiday for 2 weeks! (nice to have been told). On the day of his return to work a message was left as he was on the phone, day 2 a second message was left and my number taken again, day 3 my wife calls and had a rude reception from the child on the phone "Guy is extremely busy and is well aware of his messages to call people", day 7 "Guy is in a meeting can i get him to call you back", my response: "He didn't return our calls from last week, I find this very unprofessional!".
Message left on my answer machine "Guy has had an enormous influx of jobs while on holiday and would be in your interest to find someone else.. good luck!". Thanks for waiting three weeks to tell us this!
