Smittys in Totnes

Visiting this salon was probably the worst experience in my life! I asked for a natural blond colour and ended up with bright yellow hair and with a haircut that looks like a massive helmet (very short, above the ears) with tiny extensions underneath, after asking for a subtile layered style without affecting the original length (below the shoulders!). All of this was made by the owner of the business... Several months after my visit, I still want to cry every time I look at the mirror as they completely ruined my hair in the worst possible way and it's going to take years until it goes back to the nice style I had before this unlucky adventure.
