Worst taxi experience I have ever had. No empathy to help with bags as I had care worker helping with my baby in car seat. Driver then takes long route to my home using wrong lanes, he was hooted at several times. Arriving home, payment app was not working, he threatened me with calling the police while I was trying to make it work. In the end I had to use my coins to pay fare as their link failed to work. He was the most incompetent, rude individual I have ever come across.
