MIS Claims in Dundonald, Belfast

I have household and legal insurance with MIS Claims and unfortunately they do not offer an acceptable service in my view. I have an on going claim which has dragged on for over two years and because it is an on going claim, I cannot get insurance with another company. The company has actually added to my distress through its reluctance to honour the policy.

Although the staff are helpful and polite the senior management have been rude, hostile and on occasion aggressive. I would advise everyone not to take out the household and legal policy with MIS it is not worth the paper it is printed on.
