Purrfect Cats Hotel in Longdown, Exeter

We put our cat in this Cattery for two nights at short notice. Our cat has stayed in various catteries over the years. On arrival, I was not asked if he prefers wet/dry food. I handed the owner a bottle of cat milk which our cat loves.The run itself had a bare plastic chair in and the hut where he slept had nothing. No bit of carpet, no basket, no toy. I left him with slight concerns!
On picking him up, he was crouched in the carrying cage that I'd brought him in, in the hut. That had been his bed, which he would associate with vets visits! The cats milk was returned to me unopened. He had not been given any. We had been told to pick him up by next day at noon or we would incur another day's fee. We were half an hour late, driving up from Cornwall, and the owner stuck to that rule. I could never recommend this cattery.
