I have a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT and diploma in counselling. For the last 20 years I have worked by using mainly CBT to help clients understand and change their negative thinking and behaviour patterns. CBT therapy is very effective for people who suffer with anxiety, low mood, OCD, stress etc.
In 2009 I qualified as an EMDR therapist.
