Blush Beauty Boutique in Belfast
Blush Beauty Boutique
I took my mum out on a Friday, my bustiest day of the week as I am a hairdresser, but I reschedule appointments prior to this time, as this was a birthday present for my mum who only of May this year was put into an induced coma and on life support machines. This would have been her and my first facials. When we arrived we where greeted by a stony faced looking character behind a counter top who lacks in commutation and costumer skills as we were horrified to discover that the service we paid for was modified by the vendor who changed our facials to express facials, but this is not what I had paid for previously. We had travelled more than 30 miles and with no knowledge of Belfast city let alone the out-skirts of Belfast when we had arrived there was no parking or disable parking to access this service we had to park in the shopping centre (off a main road) disabled parking bay, and as far as we were concerned, we were not about to accept a service that was inferior to what was stated on the advert. I may well seek
professional advice about matters that contravene the 'Consumer Rights Act 2015'.
