Barretts Butchers and Delicatessen in Marston Green, Birmingham

We placed our usual breakfast sandwich take away order today, and looked forward to a nice hot sandwich.
But today was different, we sent our asian student trainee to collect the order. After waiting 25 minutes we sent out the search party and found him out of the queue, in the corner of the shop.
"They've run out of sausages" he explained. However other work colleagues had collected their orders, containing sausages in the time Barretts asked our student to wait and other customers has come and gone.
When challenged, we were then told the order was now lost!!?
We took a refund and left.
Draw your own conclusions. They'll not see any of our hard-earned again.
