Homeguard in Billingham

I had my Driveway laid in October 2013, it started to sink in February and I am still trying to get them to repair it seven months after contacting them, not replying to calls or emails. Avoid at all costs!

Recoloured and sealed my concrete imprinted driveway and paths in May 2014. Now april 2015 and patches of colour have come off in a lot of places. Have just tried to contact them but comes back as number not available. Companies check shows they look to be in trouble financially. Maybe they are now in administration so no chance off getting my problems sorted I guess.

Printed concrete laid to back and front of property. Brick wall built to the front.
The back driveway floods when it rains and they've known about this problem from day one, promising to put it right.
The wall isn't finished off, plus they built up over the meter box??? They promised to put it right.
Many calls to the office since April, you can't get to speak to anyone, the office girl just gives you another date for them not to turn up to!
To top it all off, the printed concrete is turning white...
