Initially very impressed with this company until we needed to return an item - their customer device is non existent and they do not seem to know what they have sold you! We need a handle which should have been included with unit after asking countless times we were provided with the wrong one despite us saying it's not the right one. Also had another issue too complicated but the one of the directors avoided my calls and the other was just plain rude, sarcastic and aggressive. Avoid this company.
