Charlons Canine Grooming in Pyle, Bridgend

First time I’ve used Charlons Canine Grooming & will be the last. My West Highland Terrier came home after a full groom with lines all over him from the clippers going in all directions and bits of fur completely missed. It’s the worst groom he’s ever had and now having to pay another groomer £30 to put it right. The service and I’ve received after pointing this out was appalling and didn’t even get an apology until I pointed this out then finally got one. Would definitely not recommend to anyone nor ever use again. I’ve also never been to a groomers that’s not taken any personal details or asked any questions about the dog. I wasn’t even asked what my dogs name was!! 0/10

Just received my dog sindie back from emma's grooming, she looks fab, I would recommend emma to any friends that have dogs, she looks clean and smells lovely great
