Dr Khong Surgery in Leicester

More than 5 times I have called them, and having been with them for 12 months since moved to Leicester. Their receptionist seems to believe she can give medical diagnoses over the phone. When I clarified it is about my one year old daughter, who is having breathing difficulties and she is wizzing when breathing. I was told it’s nothing to worry about. I recommend people to not use this surgery because of the lady at the reception desk, a nine medical qualified person who thinks she can give medical advice without getting the doctor to speak with you (the patient).
