Graftys Taxis in Birtley, Chester le Street

Booked this on the morning of sat 10th of December for 10.45 pm pick up from a party at the Ravensworth pub. Constantly calling them for over an hour when it didn't turn up. They said taxi had broke down then they tried saying it came but weren't outside! They made no attempt to try and get us home. Luckily a friend managed to pick us up at 20 past midnight! Phoned twice over the next couple of days asking to speak to the manager.....he never got back to me.
