Ambassador Taxis in Milngavie, Glasgow

After waiting 20 mins for a taxi we were told would be 10 mins the man on the phone was very rude saying he "had told the driver to phone me and that all could've do alright!" then hung up. No taxi, bad attitude, poor service..
