Bamboo 8 in Littleover, Derby

Appalling. We received raw chicken and I was told that if I dare to complain again, that they will refuse to serve us. Food usually good but on 3 occasions was very bad. I also am confused by the delivery charges. Will not use again.

The lady who answered the phone was rude and was unclear on asking me my address for delivery. We were told that our food would be with us in 40 minutes to an hour. After waiting an hour 15 minutes we called back and our order arrived five minutes later. The quality of the food wasn't great although it was hot. We were charged £2 delivery but was advertised as "from £1" on menu, we were uncertain of how this is calculated. Insult to injury, we were not give free prawn crackers as stated on the menu. Disappointing all round experience.
