Sessions at Pilates Wirral are predominantly private classes with some 2:1 sessions available. The studio is equipped with a new Balanced Body allegro reformer. Clients are able to encourage more feedback into specific muscles working with the machines, thus, creating a more balanced body.
All classes at Pilates Wirral have to be pre booked and all prospective clientshave to complete a health questionnaire prior to starting any classes at Pilates Wirral. This is to ensure that Andrew is aware of each client'sinjuries or individual needs.
