I've over 15 years experience of helping people to get fit. As a coach I have specialised in developing shot putters and discus throwers so i'm no stranger to helping big people get fitter. As a trainer i have helped people get fit for a whole range of things - from being in the national finals of a television talent competition through to young people building fitness to get into the armed forces.
