Don't quite know where to start. Poor service. Aggressive when we said we were not so happy with the results. Hundreds spent, no improvement at all, kept our dog lead and still no receipt for the money we spent. Appears to be no formal training. Please don't waste your money. Andy now refuses to even respond to emails asking for a receipt and the return of our dog's lead!
