Alliance Personnel in Birmingham

Went to sign on to work for alliance personnel and found the staff very unprofessional, men and women swearing in earshot of all in office and making very derogatory comments about they're employee's.

When phoned to be offered work (a day later than I was told) I was spoken to in a manner I found very rude, so I was glad I had found and arranged work in half that time by a all together more professional agency.

I would not even consider working for this company after my experience of them.

Worked for Alliance now for over two years and found them to be very Professional at all times, I work on the drivers section and deal with a "Craig Bradbury" who i have found to be very helpful and professional. Whenever i ring in, he is always helpful and there is always plenty of work.

Poor. Got a call from them asking me to go in and register on a friday....on thursday i tried calling the guy i spoke to to say i couldn't make it and to re-arrange but got no reply on 3 attempts....got a text message from the guy on the saturday with the word twat, it's unprofessional and i'm disgusted with it.
