Classes are for adults of any age and juniors from 5 years old and upwards, of all abilities, and fitness levels. Beginners and those who maybe have some previous martial art experience are also welcome.
The club presently has students of all ages ranging from white belt to black belt, and aims to teach the discipline of the martial art whilst maintaining a friendly and fun atmosphere. The club teaches all aspects of the art focusing specifically on self-defence and will increase the fitness, flexibly and confidence of all the students.
