As a sports fan and disabled athlete I bring a unique perspective into the realm of leadership. I have developed the "Coxing Metaphor for Leadership", delivered in an interactive, informal style, into a suite of Metaphors for Leadership. Learning from the world of sport and from my lived experience of disability, I unravel the mystique and myths of leadership.
My other roles - Chairman of award-winning social enterprise, Provide CIC, and founder and CEO of groundbreaking charity, Power2Inspire - build on my knowledge and expertise to create a unique take on the role and challenges all leaders face.
