Shame we couldn't put a minus rating, customer service is not as listed, and as for value for money... charging a disabled customer £80 for an hours work quoted as £47. Then verbally abusing and threatening to come and remove repaired parts, clearly quite happy to rip people off, Ian, think you would benefit in lessons of customer care, honesty and restraint.
