We are an ISO 9001 registered business and have the equipment, experience and resources to produce a wide range of manufactured items in order to enable you to improve your productivity and reduce costs.
We have an extensive press shop comprising of mechanical power presses from 40 tonne to 400 tonnes with bed sizes from 700 x 500mm to 2750 x 1800mm and some with die cushions and manual and progression capability.
Hydraulic presses range from 250 tonne to 350 tonnes with bed sizes from 1300 x 1300mm to 1600 x 1600mm. Press brakes range from 1200 to 2000mm.
A full range of ancillary equipment includes coil feeders, straighteners, feeder units and tool protection systems. Coils up to 4 tonne and 1000mm wide can be handled and we have extensive experience of producing progression tooled component parts as well as deep drawn items and a range of more intricate pressed parts.
We are also experts in Spot Welding, Powder Coating, Jig Cleaning, Degreasing, Component Printing and Assembly and Press Tooling. Contact us today.
