It can be used for deep relaxation and allows the body to re-balance itself with increased energy flowing to areas that may be lacking. Reflexology is a holistic therapy and is based on the theory that the feet are a map of the body and that by applying a certain pressure technique to locate areas of imbalance, we can work to correct them.
