My 82 years old mother who has terminal COPD called him out as her boiler wasn't working. He apparently fixed it but then the boiler went off later that evening. She contacted him but couldn't get hold of him. He finally came the following morning and he had forgotten to reset the boiler. He then refused to explain what work he was going to do and then shouted at her and stormed out when pressed leaving her with no heating.
